We strengthen community bonds across New York City, offering a wide range of programs and services in multiple languages so that language is never a barrier to health. Our work brings neighbors together through affordable fresh produce boxes featuring unique crops, nutrition education, and hands-on experiences like gardening, cooking demonstrations, and farm tours. We aim to co-create programs with local farmers and communities that create lasting positive change.
