Our 2nd Annual Harvest Share block party was on Saturday October 5th. During this year’s block party, 44 participating organizations were present and we reached over 500+ Sunset Park community members. This year’s block party theme was Celebrating Cultures. We successfully celebrated diverse cultures by incorporating a Tai Chi performance by CPC’s older adult center, a children’s dance performance by AStars, a children’s cultural dance and fashion show by Rainbow House Center, and a Mexican folkloric dance by Benito Bravo folkloric dance group.
